Warranty Coverage
Every LUNE PC includes a one-year supplier and component warranty covering eligible hardware faults under normal use. Warranty handling follows the original component supplier or manufacturer terms.
- Hardware diagnosis and warranty coordination
- Local support for eligible component faults
- Proof of purchase and serial details may be required

What's Not Covered
Accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, unsupported modifications, malware, and normal cosmetic wear are not covered unless required by applicable law.

Returns & Refunds
LUNE PCs are assembled to order using the configuration you select. Contact LUNE promptly if there is a problem. Unopened accessories may be eligible for return after inspection; configured PCs are reviewed case by case.

Build, Priority & Delivery
Parts are reserved and assembly begins after order confirmation. Priority Build moves the order into the priority assembly queue; it is not a promise of a specific delivery time. Delivery timing depends on part availability, testing, and emirate.

Terms of Service
Product images are representative. Exact component brands or models may vary with availability, while the selected performance tier and listed specifications will be matched or exceeded. Final order details are shown before payment.
6. How Warranty Claims Work
- Contact LUNE with your order number, a clear description, and photos or videos where possible.
- The team may guide you through basic troubleshooting first.
- Hardware-related issues may require inspection before coverage is confirmed.
- Approved issues may be repaired, replaced with an equivalent part, or otherwise resolved depending on the situation.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your PC arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, contact LUNE as soon as possible, preferably within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- Keep the original packaging and share clear photos or videos so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
